Hi, I'm Katerina.
I genuinely love what I do. There is something incredibly rewarding about watching someone realise they are capable of more than they thought — whether that's achieving a goal they'd given up on, feeling stronger in their body, or simply giving themselves permission to slow down.
I offer personal coaching and fitness services designed around you, your goals, your pace, your life. I design my sections on supportive guidance to help you build habits that actually stick and move you toward the life you want.
I'm passionate about personal development and the psychology behind our habits. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, reading, photography, hiking, and much more. I believe a full life outside of work makes me a better coach.
I also deeply understand the importance of taking time for yourself and truly relaxing. When I worked on the vineyards, I would stop on the way home and read a book in a peaceful spot — just me, no interruptions, no "dirty dishes" demanding my attention. It felt wonderful.
It sounds simple, but I couldn't recreate that same feeling at home, where everything waiting to be done pulls at your attention. That's why I now offer clients unhurried time to relax after a session — sip tea, read, or simply sit in stillness without guilt, either in a cozy indoor space or the beautiful garden. There's plenty of tea and books to choose from if you're in the mood.
Sessions take place in Aberfoyle Park, where the front of the house is set up exclusively for clients, so you feel welcome, at ease, and truly at peace.
